They processed the charge to my credit card, and have yet to give me an answer to my Farberware percolators problems in trying to get a decent cup of coffee. They keep saying that their experts are investigating to resolve the problem, and it has been well over 27 hours since I first contacted them. My charge card should be credited for the $39 since they have not come up with a solution or even contacted me.
