I had an account with them back in 2010. I paid off the commitment and told them to cancel my account after they sent me books and charged me for them when I never ordered them (featured selections that I had declined). Took 2 weeks to get refunded after finally getting the return shipping labels. I can't even log into the account anymore. On August 3, I was checking my online banking statement and they had charged me $80.08 out of nowhere. When I called to inquire about it, they claimed I had ordered books at a different address back in 2009! I didn't order any books, but if I had, how could they charge me 2 years later? I ended up having to cancel my debit card and have to wait for 5-7 days for a new one and open a claim against them and wait 90 days to see if my bank sides with them or me. Big ripoff!!!
