On 7/7 I gave Mark Pollack a $950.00 downpayment for some home improvements and notified him on 7/9 that I was going to get a second opinion. I went with the second opinion on 7/12/11and notified Mark to return my down payment. My bank informed me that Mark cashed my check the same day I wrote it on 7/7 and he has refused to send me my full refund as of 8/5. He did send me a money order in the amount of $63.79 noted to be a material refund.
