I have a Net 10 phone that I have Had for aprox. 2 yrs with unlimited minutes with auto monthly payments. My phone was suspended. So I called to see what happen. They say my phone is not compatible with unlimited minutes. They told me to get a new phone. I said they needed to send me a phone since they are the ones who say I need a phone. They send me a phone but it is a 15.00 phone and to top it off it is reconditioned not new. You can only text and make calls. If I want I can use internet the new phone I can not. They down graded my phone. They should have sent an up grade or comparable phone to what I have. They did not offer to send another phone. They Have messed up my business and people who need to get in touch and my health. I was told that there was nothing they could do. They said they understand no they don't they should let their customers know 30 days in advance.
