I made a payment using paypal to purchase 4 pairs of shoes and matching bags from an italian shipper in the amount of $1270.00 dollars. UPS claimed they delivered the package at my front door. Up till now I have not received my package or money. I opened a dispute through paypal and they ruled in favor of shipper. All prior attempts to communicate with shipper were futile.
