Received call from couple in Lorton Virginia. Saw ad for sale in publication, negotiated price. Received call from a Jay Hanson of IGC financial, he sent forms signed by the buyer, requesting We sign forms they were then resent to us, we agreed to pay part of closing fee, based on sale price of $18,500. During he three day period we were contacting them by phone, when we were to receive the final package all phone numbers went down an we couldnot reach any of the parties. They have a web site and you can google the company to no avail
