Realtors! Be sure to watch the news story that Channel 5 did on Chris Hanson!!! Of course Chris Hanson is claiming that everything is fine at High Profile Realty and he will pay you directly from escrow when you sell a home however, that is a LIE!!! He will tell you that there is paperwork missing from your file or that he forgot to sign the Commission Disbursement form required by the Title Company to cut your check directly from title!!! Chris Hanson is a LIAR and a THEIF!!! Dont fall for it! Even without the hassle of not being paid Chris Hanson is so behind on the times of this current Real Estate Market in Phoenix it is sad! He does not have the knowledge or experience that it takes to advise his Agents - just ask him when was the last time he negotiated a short sale - or worked with the Bank on an REO transaction??? NEVER!!! He is too busy stealing from his Agents to actually work for himself!!! Selling Real Estate in todays market takes serious work and Chris Hanson is LAZY!!! Realtors!!! Wake up!!! This guy is a THEIF!!! You will work harder that you ever have to get your Real Estate Transactions to close and when you do you will NOT BE PAID!!! Chris Hanson is BANKRUPT!!! Yet he made more than $200,000 by stealing from his Agents last year!!! I cant wait for the IRS to catch up with him!
