Elections for public office are nearing and the residents of Franklin County have many choices. However, in one particular race I want you to know why I feel very strongly that Jim O'Grady is a very poor choice for judge. A Judgeship is a very powerful position whose decisions affect many peoples? Lives. The position calls for an individual who is willing to stand up for victims as well as punish those criminals for wrongdoing. The job requires someone who can be impartial even when faced with many political pressures.

Jim O? Grady now holds a position as Assistant Prosecutor another powerful position. That position requires an individual that does not believe a person is guilty until proven innocent.
