Picked up scrap sold it and never paid for it lied over and over about pmt in mail

We "sold" scrap plastic to this man and he was to have his truck driver have a check when he got to our place. He did not so to not inconvience the driver we loaded him anyhow. We never got paid despite numerous attempts. I think the scrap processor was possibly in with this man somehow. His name is Gary. I have found his company in several similar type reporting such as this one. It was not a one time shot he does business this way.
