Refused to pay commission base cd upon contractual agreement KARACHI

Kingdom Commodities, Int'l LLC (Beryl Armstrong) entered into a contractual agreement in 10/03 with Chemexl Corporation (Omar Hasan) to export plastic scrap internationally. Kingdom Commodities would act as an agent for Chemexl Corp. And otain client to which Chemexl would sell plactic scrap to for a commission fee.

Chemexl sold plastis scrap to my first client in 10/03 to which they promise to pay me $484.00 USD via wire transfer. An invoice was sent three times to which they promise to pay and they did not. Mr. Hasan even went so far to state that he had sent it twice when in fact he did not.

In Dec '03 another client purchase plastic fibre scrap from Chemexl to which was owed me a commission of $108.00 USD. An invoice was submitted for payment and a promise to pay was given via email in 2-04. However to date no monies have been received.

This is why I am submitting this report. To report that Chemexl Corporation (Omar Hasan) does not opertate in intergrity and truth. He even sold my first clinet junk.

Please publish this so that others will be aware that to do business with Chemexl Corporation (omar Hasan) is not wise or profitable.
