I called Media Matic on July 1 (877-642-2347) and spoke with Mary in Hollywood. Fl. Mary assured me that my account would be credited within 7-10 business days. My account was never credited. Today when I called to find out why my account had not been credited, there was a recording saying that the No. Had been disconnected or was no longer in service.
