I have had my alarm with ADT Securewatch for one year. Up to two months ago when my alarm was activated I never got a call. The tech came out, fixed the problem but could not explain what the problem was. Since he did 'something' now I get call backs. Hmmm! Their billing practices are horrendous. One month I am billed then may not be billed for two months resulting in accounting problems for me. I have repeatedly called customer service. They tell me that they have to transfer me to billing, when they do all I get is voice mail, in which they never return my calls. If you must get a security system, for your sake do not go to ADT.
