MORE RIPOFF reports! Charges for replacement brushes, no brushes shipped!

This is just one more time another report has been placed for this company. What's more, with all of these reports that have been placed to both usacomplaints.com and the Better Business Bureau, the company is still in business.

I have tried on more than 10 occasions to have them stop charging my credit card every month for the replacement brushes (to stop this nonsense from ever happening again) but they will not effectively annotate such on my account. And my 11th call (which I just placed) had me speaking to their "answering service for the customer service department" where someone took my name and number down and told me that they would annotate my request once a customer service agent gets my message.

Has anyone heard anything more pathetic than a company who has an answering service for a customer service department? And this was at 5:30pm PST, not 8:00pm PST! I think everyone should trully stay clear from this company!
