I ordered an adult electric tricycle on May 15. After alot of trying to find out why it was so late it fineally arrived on June 16. Upon opening the box with two other people to help, it was noted that scratches and dents were everywhere. After assembeling the front wheel we noticed the rear brake cable was not connected, the motor made a loud grinding sound, the frame is bent, all nuts & bolts were only hand tight, a gasket going to the bearings was broken and the whole thing leans to one side. Needless to say I wanted to return it. No one answers my calls or E-Mails. Rip off!
