I was automatically rebilled for an annual membership which i did notknow about, so i went through the `get in touch` tab & spoke to an advisor via a separate window to resolve, i ended up having a part refund for the subscribtion but when i looked at my bank account i noticed that i had been charged £7.27 from them (MYPPHELP.com) which i have no clue what the charge was for!
