(Personal Info Removed) - checked my bank account and there were two withdrawals (July 14 & 15) for $23.95 ea. These withdrawals caused my account to be overdrawn and was charged a fee. I called 877-311-4926 (# showed on my bank account) on 07/23 they answered Thompson Cigar (I don't even smoke) spoke to Blair (lady) spoke to her about my problem and she advised me to call during the week and ask for customer service because the weekend calls were for sales only. I had to cancel my debit card and had to pay a fee. I called 7 times on 07/27 and as per recording phone number is incorrect. Seeing transactions on my account that I don't even know what they are is very frustrating!!! Someone should pay for all this mess and it shouldn't be me.
