Went to learn more about earning 50 bonus points and ended up buying some package of 100 points. Happen so fast I didn't realize what I had done. Call today and expressed my dissatisfaction. Was given the explanation that I had 7 days to resend my purchase, that this was stated in their policy statement. Was also told that I had 130 some points plus 10. When I stated that the initial website state I could earn 50 if I signed up today and that I had not received them. The customer service rep said she could and would credit my account for the extra points. The issue is that 1) I shouldn't have had to call to get the advertised points and 2) I don't want on their program anymore and would like my $99.00 back. The whole experience was very misleading and I feel I was taken advantage of!
