There was an advertisement saying turn in a phone you get a new android and one month free service. I turned in my blackberry curve and received a android phone (cricket brand) that loses calls in my home, walking down the street, in the car and so forth. It hangs up call right in mid conversation. Not to mention my free month after paying $60.00 for the first month, I was told the second month will be free only to have my service interupted not once but twice. I don't know what else to do. I'm out of a good working phone that i paid $105.000 for and my $60.00. Something has to be done they are doing this to thousands of people.
