I was told that they had a buyer for my timeshare they already approved the financing the couple had put up 20% down that was mine if anything went wrong. It would be sold and wrapped up in 90 days. After the 90 days they quit calling and giving me updates. I kept calling until the number became unlisted or out of order. I also emailed them but didn't receive a reply. They even gave me credit card auth. # on the 20% down the people gave-even though that does me a lot of good now.
