Unfortunately I paid an upfront fee to a company name vacation properties in Florida for the sale of my timeshare in Grandview Resort Las vegas but after about a year I am still waiting and there is no single offer from them. They gave me wrong information at the time once they were charging my account that my timeshare worth around 13500$ due to which I agreed but once I asked from the resort they said its 10990$. Moreover I asked clearly from Mr. J d walker that how much time they will take they said around 45 days but now its a year passed.
When I asked them about my refund they said they will refund only if I sold out my timeshare any where else. Now please advise me how I can take my money back from them. Their website address is www.soldmytimeshare.com. My add # is 60199
