Gave Vacation Max $2200 to sell my timeshare to a buyer that was "ready" to buy in one month.
Called every month for updates. After one year I was told that the buyer backed out and Vmax was going to sue them for "my" money. Two months later I was told that their suite failed and I would not receive any refund. I doubt if they ever had a potential buyer nor did they file a law suite. They simply took my money and let their process drag on till it was too late for me to file a dispute against them with my credit card company.
