Ordered based on online favorable rating of the online TV services. Used Paypal. The money was charged by the next day. Sent a detailed email with problem stated. Requested help to get software working... Software loaded but did not provide online TV streaming as advertised. Their site indicated that they would reply to emails in 48 hours. Still no response.
