Ordered this service based on best recommended on a review website (maybe that site itself is a scam?).
Charge showed up on my MC immediately. It's advertised as being Mac compatible, but couldn't ever get info on where to get the Mac compatible version of their software. All files available were Windows only (exe suffix). No phone number or chat technical support available. 2 emails sent with requests for assistance still have not been answered (sent 4 and 6 days ago). They advertise response in 48 hours max. I'm ready to cancel. If they don't respond to that I'll dispute the charge on my Credit Card.
