Followed directions on return policy for free tial offer as advertised, called customer service and got RMA & was billed anyway. Spoke to customer service 3 times and was assured my account would be credited. I have had to file a dispute/fraud claim with my credit card company. Still no refund from Nuta Slim as promised.
