I saw an ad for weight loss supplement from an ad banner on the right side of the web page while checking my hotmail account and clicked on the ad. The website was very easy for consumers to believe because it has a review from a news reporter. She tried the products and had success story.

They offer a free trial and just charged for the minimal shipping fee. If you cancel within 14 days. I called to cancel within the 7 days and they said that I could return the bottle with the RMA # for no charge or if I wanted to keep the bottle there would be a charge of $19.99. No mention of this on the order confirmation either. They also said that the auto shipments were canceled as well and there would be no future charges.

I forgot to keep an eye out for the RMA, it went into my junk email and it was only when I saw a charge on my credit card for $79.99 this past weekend that I went searching for the RMA. I found it and mailed the bottle off straight away and at the same time emailed customer support requesting a refund of $79.99 and provided the certification, proof of return. I checked the delivery status and it shows that they recieved the package, but they refuse to refund any monies. They state that I am out of the 30 day window to receive any refund. This is not the case because I called within a week of placing the order. At no time did they say I had to return the bottle within 30 days or I would be charged $79.99. The only charge which was mentioned was $19.99 if I decided to keep the bottle. I will be contacting my credit card company to see if I can dispute the charge that way. Very annoying indeed!
