Careless customer service

I don't see what the big deal is with VS. The quality of their nicer looking lingerie is generally bad and the sizes are all over the place but my big complaint is that because of their customer service my name's in the red.

I ordered 2 packages from them before I moved abroad and just to make sure I got them in time I opted for rush service, which was carried out by UPS (which will get a bad review too because they delivered the packages without asking for signature to someone in my apt. Building of 24 units).

I contacted VS customer service and explained (over and over again because they just weren't getting the message) and they assured me they were going to credit me.

A year goes by and I'm denied a credit card due to bad credit. Turns out VS customer service only credited 1 package to my account. They said I should just explain to the lawyer who's after me what happened. Yeah, the guy's really just taking my word for it.
