Keeps Sending Resident for Mental Eval

Social worker keeps sending resident out of town. Causing a family, all in 60's plus, hard ship going out of town to sign patient in. This morning makes 4 th time, in about 3-5 months, this morning is to mary black in greeville s.C. For the second time. None have produced any results. I plan to sue them & social worker to the fullest. They send them if they cause problems, ie fight etc. Think that is pretty common with dementia patients, but think they need to change that of the social worker. The last time they called was ready to send her right now, wife had gone to pay bills get groceries they wanted to know what she was driving to have the police tell her if they found her. No prior notice what so ever, the only still working daughter got off work drove to near ashville n.C. Had to drive back to Chester S.C.in the dark after getting her signed, think the s.W. Should have did it.
