Car jar melted took finish off center console

Our car container air freshener melted and dripped onto my vehicleis center-console in the rear-view mirror. It got the conclusion off the system. I named the organization and was informed to publish a written criticism, pictures, the melted item, and and estimation for repairs. I inquired when they have noticed this before and he or she said yes because we have had such warm conditions. To my shock, I came across several similiar grievances dating back to to 2006 (more than 5 years back!). I'll do as focused and am optimistic the Yankee Candle organization is likely to be true-to its term that it'll purchase problems and they may quit promoting a faulty item. Please recommend if anybody who reported has actually gotten fee for problems. Thanks.
