I just found out that I have paid for an item that does not work; brush head falls out and does not lock into place everytime I try to put it in.

And that I would not be refunded s&p because it's already been paid to the "SHIPPING" company.

So, got scammed for SHIPPING and the unit.

Shipping back at my own expense, we will see if I get credit and how long it takes, and how much will actually get credit for.
