I ordered the above formula on a trial basis for $1.95 and did not have it for more than 5 days to date and I called and canceled the order yesterday, (July 18) and the lady I talked to told me it was not necessary to return it bu. T I told her I didn't want it and she again told me that it did not have to be returned and I told her to please cancel my order and she told me that it would be canceled and that they would not charge me the usual fee of $89.95 but as I just checked my account, it shows that they charged me anyway and I have tried calling every phone number I have on them and none of them will go through. I just had my dad put in the hospital with no one to take care of him but me which means I will be out of work and no money coming in so I would appreciate a refund made to my account immediately. Thank you for your help in the matter.
