9/27 ordered item on line for Hp pavilion slimline with blue ray s5-1060 order got confused by rep delivered pavillion slimline 820-s5360f always asked to check if had blueray they said yes even at delivery oct 10th had geek squad transfer data from old computer general manager mike in sierra vist could care less says cant find order i have order confirmation but it is not what i ordered. I have spent countless hours with HP to fix blue ray they say has it now discontinued and i do not want this unit that is not what i ordered I want the s5-1060 slimline
