My magicjack never ever ever works. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!! I have to get it fixed first every time before I use it. It takes me an hour to fix and then I try to use it and it is very quiet and very difficult to hear the other person. I will use it once and it will barely work and then the next time I want to use it again I have to speak to customer service, take an hour to get it fixed again and then use it only once again.
