I wrote them Tuesday July 12th to find out why my orders were at -1, and Mark (mark@snrinfo.com) said it was because of customer complaints. I wrote him and said that I resolved them because I never heard back from them. He lied when he wrote back saying otherwise. I looked at the contract that I signed with the company, and the only way they can restrict a person’s account is if they plagarize. Well, I don’t do that because I am an author and would become furious if that was the case.in essence, SNR had nothing against me. As a result, I told Mark that his actions are fishy, and that I will investigate further. He said in return that he would repost all my orders (9 total), and that they would deduct the pay from me. I was forced to quit because of his innapropriate behavior, and it appeared that they were trying to get rid of me when I did absolutely nothing wrong. They owe me $309, and I want it back.
