Poor Customer Service - Captivate, CS5

I have had several bad customer service experiences with Adobe (the software manufacturer). They do not seem to be able to do anything but say "I am sorry" on the weekends. Their reps do not have the ability to resolve any order issues. They just say "I am sorry" our sales team does not work on weekends, even though you can call and place orders. They just do not get processed. A company as large as Adobe should have some way to help customers on the weekends. If you can take orders, you can process them also.
