Since march I have been trying to get my refund from 4 star get away. I've called, contacted BBB of Fla. Several times. BBB had contacted them and they had stated twice they would return my refund or it was in the process. I fill I had acted in right manner and waited long for my refund to be returned. I have copies of papers, wrote down manes and dates, times I had called etc. Why is it so easy for a company to take your $ from your bank account and so hard to get it back?
