Joi Phone continues to try to rip people off. I had no service for the month of July. I called to report it. The rude service rep. Who calls herself "December" could not tell me anything more than that she would submit a ticket. She refused ton let me speak with a supervisor and was extremely disrespectful and arrogant. As I expected, nothing happened, no e-mails, no phone calls, no phone service. I then ported my phone numbers to another company to get my service back. Joi Phone then had the nerve to bill me for August for the numbers that another company was servicing.

They refuse to refund my two months of service that I could not get from them. For the sake of about $38 they are buying themselves a complaint to the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office and a Small claims law suit under Chapter 93A Section 2 that will end up costing thousands instead of the $38 that I am demanding for their failure to perform the services I paid for. 93A makes it very clear that Joi Phone's actions are illegal under MA law and I will make them pay for it no mater how long it takes, if they choose to continue to deny my simple request.

I have challenged the charges with my credit card, and if that does not work its off to court we go! I did not bother filing with the BBB since they already have an F rating. It can't get any worse anyway.

Stay away from this company! If you are already with them, leave, because they won't be around very long based on their track record.
