I belong to a website where members discuss beauty and family related issues. There is a section for swapping items between members for items or makeup and the like. I set up a swap with Annemarie Kelly. I was to send her a powder valued at $21.00 USD and she was to send me a purse. I sent her my item, which she received. She never sent her item. She used the postal system to commit a scam as well as the internet.
