This is to make individuals who are or were employed by Kelly Services within the last 6 months to a year aware of a dishonest practice by Kelly Services. If you worked for Kelly Services and is now unemployed and filed for or receiving unemployment that may involve Kelly Services please note at any given time Kelly Services can call or send a letter to the Department of Labor stating that they've offered you a position and that you refused their offer. If this happens the Department of Labor will discontinue your weekly payments you will then have to apply for a hearing which can take weeks, mean while the position never existed and get Kelly Services gets out of paying any unemployment insurance in regards to your claim. Please be careful in dealing with agents or staff members from this agency, documents any phone conversations etc. This is based on my personal experience with this Kelly Services in 2008.
