Here is my experience with BuyPremiumTeck.com. I purchased a trial version of a software I believe it may have been Ccleaner for $1.99. During the process of running the program it asked me if I wanted to upgrade to the full version at which point I said no. Now a week later I see that BuyPremiumTeck.com (under the name Stream Premium or StreamPremium.com) charged my card $51.98. This charge was for a program to be able to stream TV shows on my computer, which I have no interest in doing.

I have come across a few companies that play the game where you sign up for a trial of something then hidden in all the terms of use that you have to click on to download the software, there will be a clause that says something to the effect that if you don't call and cancel the trial version they will automatic convert you over to the full version and bill you for the full amount. The other companies that I have had the misfortune of getting sucked in by their underhanded ploy would at least refund the money after calling them and explaining what my intent was.

BuyPremiumTeck.com on the other hand had a rookie (which was obvious because he kept putting me on hold to ask someone else then coming back and relaying the message) who claimed to be the manager of the company refuse to give me basic information or try and resolve the issue like any honest, above-board company would.

When asked what city the companies reside in so I could file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, said they were located in North Fork, NY but they were just a contract support company that supports several different software companies including BuyPremiumTeck.com. Buy Premium Teck or StreamPremium.com which is actually located in Panama.

When asked for more information, he simply placed me on mute or hold and left me there for about 20 minutes, after which I finally gave up and ended the call, which is what he was apparently waiting for.
