WebVideoRip Full version does not work with Hulu

Downloaded trial version of WebVideoRip, which worked perfectly with Hulu.
Decided to purchase the Full version instead of the Ultimate version, and then later found out, that only the Ultimate version will work with Hulu. (this was not advertised in the feature comparsion between "Full" and "Ultimate" versions).

Tried twice to contact the support@webusacomplaints.com email, simply to upgrade from the Full to Ultimate version, and pay the difference in price.
But; there has been no response!!!

The Full version is useless to me.
There is no option in the application menu to upgrade, and emails to the company are ignored.
