I opened my bank statement and saw a charge for $69.95 from HD Concepts. I called them on June 17th (the number I found online was 423-790-7822) and they assured me they would take care of it and refund me my monies. I followed up with them again on July 5th and Susan assured me that she would elevate the issue to their accounting department and have the monies returned to me by July 8th. I have followed up again today (July 13th) and cannot get anyone to answer the phone.
