May 8 dan shelby came to my door and allowed him to do a roof inspection under the company empire roofing company. After a 5 minute inspection he suggested contacting the insurance company. Travelers did inspect and settle with a check to me for 3,388.80. I called dan he said deposit the check and he will see me after july 6 as he was out of town. He came to my home wrote up the contract and said to refer him. I refered my sister she called the company they got with her did her roof but as we compared notes dan wrote everthing under his company called dans roofing inc daniel shelby owner i contacted empire they said they were going to use him at one time but changed their mind they contacted dan and are trying to straighten this out they think they can. Dan used the same colors and emblems with his documents.
