I've been double-bill on two separate occasions out of this organization. Very first time was once the organization transformed from Peak to Mantronics Protection. I'd to confirm that my lender launch the total amount. This I really could not think simply because they need you to approve automated money, plus they cost 30 days ahead of time. This current period was once they transformed back again to Peak Protection and that I was cost about the 2nd & the fifth of July. After I approached the billing division I had been educated that used to donot create a June cost. I send'd over confirmation from my bank account, and was informed they'd create the dedication and reply back. They never did, I approached them again-both my mail estatements@pinnaclesecurity.com and industrial telephone and stated they I'd not created a fee for the month of July. I again advised them of the eamil and also the fax'd info posted. I had been provided a choice to possibly take a progress credit or delay another thirty days to get a feasible credit back again to my bill. I advised them that I'd end my agreement together, and was informed they're speaking around for ADT. These details was later discovered to become us-accurate. I've since been getting telephone calls from their store informing my program is deteriorating.
