Macomb County FOC Rude, Unprofessional, Behavior lacks judicial common sense

Appeared before this referee AFTER sitting in the lobby for 3 hours to have my motion heard, only to have her refer it too ANOTHER referee. So now I have to take another day off without pay. (Priceless hell thats why I need an increase in support payments) She will ask a question, cut you off before you have a chance to respond and flip through the case file KNOWING that the answer is in the file. She isnt biased against men and favors women. She is biased against the CHILD. Ex had a bench warrant for failure to pay since September. Not only did they let him leave and returned the bench warrant he gave them his word that he would return in 2 days with $400 of the $1800 owed. If I were to avoid feeding, clothing and providing adequate shelter for the child for almost a YEAR every government agency in the state of Michigan would be at my door, and I would be arrested never to see the break of day.
