Wow! So obviously blatent in their attempt to make-up millions in the depleted CA debt! I, like so many others, that receive their vehicle registration for have been a victim. Just yesterday, 7/11, I received my notice for payment... With a Late Penalty charge of #37!! The statement had a Due Date of 7/02, and I didn't even receive the bill until 7/11! I called the DMV, and they had an hour wait until I could be able to talk with someone... Is there a class action law suit pending? What options do we have... This is America, right?
