They send me a letter telling me they can halp me to save my house.
I paid them $595 for loan modification, they should give me my money if the loan modification did not go through. On monday 29 the bank refused to help and Wall street stopped dealing with my bank. I lost my house and wall street did not want to give me my money back like stipulated in the contract. I did contact them but never answer to my calls. Plus losing my house my mother passed away. So I was depressed and very weak.
