Fraud, loan modification

Bank of America lost my paperwork multiple times for loan modification, I tried to sell and they would not return my realtors calls. My house was up for sheriffs sale without a forclosure. Bank employee called at all hours of the night and demanded I send faxes to her at 11 pm. People were sent to my home to take pictures, I called bank and they said it was because I wasnt living there when I opened the front door to talk to the woman parked in my driveway who was taking pictures. Bank employee still argued and said my house was empty. I have moved out due to harassment from bank... Constant calls and sending people out to take photos. I used tracking numbers on my paperwork for modification and they still said it never got to them.
