The hospital sent my bill to this company, who started sending me monthly bills. When I called and spoke to a lady about my financial situation she told me this wasn't "her damn problem" and that i needed to pay her company. The next couple months, i sent a check for a portion of the bill. The company quit sending the bill, which i thought if you're paying on the bill, they can't send you to collections, and sent me to collections. Now i'm in more financial trouble than before.
