Savings To Go

Miscellaneous

I ordered an item from RONCO on October 30th and without my knowledge I was enrolled in Savings to Go and $12.95 per month was taken directly out of my checking account until June. I am 85 years old and on my bank statement where the money was deducted it did not say where it was going or a phone number or contact information. My son was checking my bank statement and noticed the charges coming out, but could not tell what it was for. He called the bank they did some checking and got the name of where it was going and the phone number. He called them for me and was able to get 1 year of payments refunded, which was $155.40 and they had taken a total of $712.25. So after the refund I am still out $556.85 for Savings to Go and the same amount at their other company Plan Plus. So the total they took from me that was not refunded between the two was $1113.70. I would really appreciate any help you could give me in trying to recover more of my money.
