I bought a car warranty from direct buy warranty. I had a claim and i was denied. My car sat in the repair shop for three days, before i reached anyone from the company on the phone. I missed work and had to pay for the repair bill out of my pocket. I was denied for the reason, pre-existing
condition. I had a car warranty with another company, before direct buy... I was never asked to send in any repair receipts on work done prior.
